2.     What is the dress/attire for the evening?

The attire is casual. Or feel free to dress up according to what our yearly theme is.

3.     Are tickets available in advance?

Yes.  You may purchase tickets online using the PayPal button on our website.  Once in Paypal, just click “add special instructions to the seller” to the left of your total and let us know it is for tickets.

4.     What is the date and time of the event?

The date is August 26, 2017 and the time is from 7pm to 11pm.

5.     How can I donate an item?

You can contact Shannon Downing at 478-960-5305. In order to properly recognize all of the wonderful auction contributors in our auction program, we do have a cut off date of July 27, 2017 for receiving auction items. However, in the event that you do miss that deadline, we do have the auction every year and we would be happy for you to think about us next year when the next auction comes around.

6.     Are donations made to Friends of Animals tax deductible?

Yes they are. We are a 501c3 non profit organization.

7.     Do you auction off animals at the auction?

No, we do not. However, there will be information on site for the several groups that we support and they have a vast array of wonderful animals that are available for adoption and in need of their own forever home. Could that be your home?

8.     Can I bring my pet?

While all of our proceeds go to help the animals we don’t have any fur kids (pets) at the auction.

9.     I will be unable to attend, where can I send a monetary donation?

You may send monetary donations to Friends of Animals of the Coastal Empire, P. O. Box 8384, Savannah, GA 31412

10. What type of auction items will you feature?

We have a vast array of wonderful items such as trips, golf packages, dinner packages, decorative items, gift certificates from a vast array of local businesses for various services, and many other wonderful items that you really must come out and see. There’s something for everyone! And with the auction being so close to Christmas this year, what a great place to do some early Christmas “shopping”!

11.  Do you take credit cards?

Yes we do.

12. What type of food and beverages will be served?

The food is provided by several wonderful local caterers. We try to tailor our food to go along with our theme that changes from year to year. So you could see everything from pasta, finger foods, BBQ, seafood and a variety of sweets for the sweet tooth in you. Beverages consist of water, sodas, and a stocked bar. There is usually something for everyone!
